CountQueuingStrategy: highWaterMark property

Note: This feature is available in Web Workers.

The read-only CountQueuingStrategy.highWaterMark property returns the total number of chunks that can be contained in the internal queue before backpressure is applied.

An integer representing a number of chunks.
